Based in Toronto, Canada we began as a boutique management consultancy specializing in engineering and technology driven businesses within the aerospace industry.  We honed our practical experience, in aerospace and defense, and spread the services to consumer goods, media, newspaper publishing, industrial equipment, general manufacturing, and small medium enterprises (SME’s).  We created and packaged a set of educational programmes, management methodologies and customer solutions focused on the application of management science and Innovation. This system is known as the “Innovation Nation Path” (™) or INP.

Education and Training Programs

We develop and deliver a comprehensive range of Innovation Management workshops, seminars and courses in all service area. The education content is tailored to the unique requirements of our clients.  These sessions are conducted both on-site and off-site.

Coaching, Facilitation and Mentorship

One on one coaching to senior and middle management to accelerate career progression. We have a particular specialty on mentoring Engineers and Applied Scientists through to senior management roles.  We also provide interim “C” level executives in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Innovation, Technology, Project Management and CEO.
